Must have the technical capability and experience to deliver quality, commercially robust applications, written in .Net and C# and other relevant tools and languages, which provide a working solution that meets each specified task.

You’ll be part of a talented development team working on the latest Aderant Expert application – particularly the ‘File Opening’ functionality. You’ll use agile principles working closely with the rest of the development team and will be involved in all aspects of the development of the software. The team are utilizing some of the latest MS technologies including the .Net 3.0 framework and Workflow. You’ll have a number of years application development experience working with .Net and C# technology applying structured and OO development methodologies.

Works as a consulting team member or an individual technical consultant on for-fee product implementation, enhancement, integration, or audit projects. Expertise and work efforts focus primarily on the implementation of proprietary software products. Duties usually performed at customer’s site. Serves as pre-sales support specialist when needed. Operates under minimal supervision on mid-size projects usually involving multiple products or multiple platforms. Usually reports to the Field Billable Consulting Manager. Typically requires six to nine years of experience in software development, technical support, or consulting.

Provides technical support to customers, answering complex questions on function and usage of product via the telephone and/or Internet.  Serves as primary support liaison between company and customer.  May travel to customer sites on rare occasions.  Conveys customer feedback to product development staff.  Possesses thorough knowledge of company’s products used by customers. Operates under moderate supervision.
